This page provides some information that parents may find useful when considering enrolling their child into the Performance Centre.
The following Enrolment form (Microsoft Word Document) should be filled in and returned to the Club Secretary (details are in the form). The first section of the form provides details of the candidate. The second section of the form provides a list and contact details of the responsible officers, qualified coaches, Regional Development Manager and the Child Welfare Officer.
Code of Conduct:
There is also a Code Of Conduct (Microsoft Word Document) which should be read by any candidate on the standards and expectations required of a junior player who joins the Performance Centre.
